Drawing on extensive experience, I offer a broad range of services – from branding and editorial design to illustration. Clear communication, defined objectives, and a collaborative feedback process ensure the result is a true reflection of your project. Your design should reach and move your audience – and it is my job to make sure it does.

How does it work?

1. Reach out with your project idea at hello@alexanderneubauer.at.
   The more information you have at hand, the better — it allows me to assess the scope of work and ask the right questions. That said, if you are right at the beginning with only the vaguest of ideas, that is perfectly fine too.
   
2. I will get back to you as promptly as possible. If I have all the necessary information at hand, I can provide an initial estimate of costs and time at this stage. If not, I will ask a few follow-up questions until I have a clear enough picture.
   
3. If you are happy with my proposal — or if you feel a personal conversation would be more productive — we arrange a meeting at this stage.
   This can take place online or in person (Greater Malmö Area) and typically lasts around one hour. Together, we work through a briefing that gives me everything I need to begin work on your project.
4. I get to work on your project, checking in regularly with updates to gather your feedback. This can be exchanged via email, video call, or in person, and forms the basis for each subsequent stage of the work. We continue this process — in accordance with our agreed terms — until the project is completed to your satisfaction.
5. Upon completion of the project, you will receive all necessary files for use in accordance with our agreement, along with my invoice.
